Denise Zayan

Here is an artist of perfect authenticity. Contemplating the works of
Denise Zayan, the reflection arises spontaneously: if the colors
achieved were real, we would live in constant relaxation. These
paintings produce in the viewer a feeling of peace, of happiness,
invading our senses, submerging us in an absolute cry.

Denise Zayane drags a tight resume, impossible to transfer to such a
short space.

We will observe, however, that her paintings have been in very important
collections in Europe, America, and Japan, where it is said that she
paints with the colors of the old kimonos. In all of her works, she
takes us into her world of color and joyful intimacy. She addresses the
senses, she makes us see color, light, feel the touch and even flavors,
in compositions in which colors vibrate

through the grids of the back windows or the patterns on the tablecloth
of her marvelous flower compositions.

Many others, including myself, dare to say that in this work is the one
that is worthy of being called ¨la femme peintre, héritière d´Henri
Matisse¨
